Some flowers are seasonal and imported. Depending on the season and availability of your flowers, substitutions may be made of equal or better value. We will always do our best to preserve the colour palette as pictured.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments are offered on all items within 7 days of purchase. If the price of your item drops, please call our flower shop to process your refund for the difference.

Deliveries to Residences & Businesses

Customers must select a delivery date for their flower arrangements during checkout. We guarantee your flowers will arrive by 6pm on the date selected. You will receive an initial order confirmation via email, and then another confirmation once your order is delivered.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, flowers will be left at the front door (weather permitting) or with the concierge/reception. If the weather is below 0 degrees celsius and a concierge service is not available, flowers will be returned to our shop and the sender will be notified; a charge may apply for any re-attempted deliveries. We kindly ask that you provide the recipient's phone number during checkout to ensure a successful delivery.

  • Same-day deliveries are available to local areas only, as per our Delivery Area page. Order cut-off time is 12pm EST.
  • Timed deliveries are available (except for the week leading up to Valentine's Day and Mother's Day); a surcharge will apply. Please call us to make arrangements before placing your order.
  • Delivery service is not available on Sunday or public holidays (except for the week leading up to Valentine's and Mother's Day).

Deliveries to Funeral Homes

Funeral flower deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on the date selected at checkout. We will ensure that your arrangement(s) arrive before the scheduled service by calling the funeral home ahead of time to confirm details.
