Some flowers are seasonal and imported. Depending on the season and availability of your flowers, substitutions may be made of equal or better value.
Price adjustments are offered on all items within 7 days of purchase. If the price of your item drops, please call our flower shop to process your refund for the difference in price.
Customers must select a delivery date for their flower arrangements during checkout. We guarantee your flowers will arrive by 6pm on the date selected.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, flowers will be left at the front door (weather permitting), otherwise, flowers will be returned back to our shop and we will notify the sender; a charge may apply for any re-attempted deliveries.
- Free delivery applies to online and phone orders.
- Same-day or Sunday deliveries must be placed over the phone and are subject to a surcharge.
- Delivery service is not available on public holidays.
Deliveries to Funeral Homes
Funeral flower deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on the date selected at checkout. We will ensure that your arrangement(s) arrive before the scheduled service by calling the funeral home ahead of time to confirm. Funeral directors will place arrangements in the appropriate room before a service begins, using the details provided on the attached card.
