Substitution Policy

Some flowers are seasonal and imported. Depending on the season and availability of your flowers, substitutions may be made of equal or better value.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments are offered on all items within 7 days of purchase. If the price of your item drops, please call our flower shop to process your refund for the difference in price.

Delivery Policy

Customers must select a delivery date for their flower arrangements during checkout. We guarantee your flowers will arrive by 6pm on the date selected.

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, flowers will be left at the front door. If the weather is below 0 degrees celsius (or otherwise inclement), flowers will be returned back to our shop and we will notify the sender; a charge may apply for any re-attempted deliveries.

  • Free delivery applies to online orders only. 
  • For same-day or Sunday deliveries, please call us directly to place your order.
  • Delivery service is not available on public holidays.

Deliveries to Funeral Homes

Funeral flower deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on the date selected at checkout. We will ensure that your arrangement(s) arrive before the scheduled service by calling the funeral home ahead of time to confirm. Funeral directors will place arrangements in the appropriate room before a service begins, using the details provided on the attached card.
